Introduction

The plant in subject was realized for an aluminium components production factory situated in Poland and treats dusty air from aluminium components machining process.

Problem

The aluminium dust from manicning process is potentially explosive and require special treatment with certified filtration plant.

​

Solution

TVT has offered and implemented a turnkey plant of dust suction and filtration certified according to ATEX norms and equipped with necessary active and passive mechanisms of prevention and protection in case of explosion. 

​

The plant is developed to treat around 23,700 m3/h of gasflow at a temperature of 25°C.
